Since last Friday, April 24th, Maluma‘s new official single, a beautiful ballad called ‘ADMV‘ (acronym for ‘amor de mi vida’ in Spanish), is available on all digital platforms.
In the midst of the global pandemic of Covid-19, the Colombian artist wanted to surprise his fans with a musical style far removed from his greatest hits.
Maluma explained, “I wanted to do a song to communicate with the people that I love how much I love them. I really wanted to do this song to send this message to the world and just give love. That’s my position right now in life.”
The music video for this track features an old version of Maluma. He told Billboard, “I went to the set at 4 A.M. and got into make-up until 9 in the morning. When I opened my eyes, I saw myself in the mirror and said: ‘Oh. My. God.’ I was looking exactly like my grandpa, my mother’s dad.”
