British singer/songwriter Will Young is back with a new single that is released as the first preview of his next album.
On the 14th of June, the artist will release his new album ‘All The Songs‘ in digital format and various physical media (CD, vinyl and cassette) through the independent label Cooking Vinyl. This record will be released four years after its previous production, ‘85% Proof’.
The joyfulness around the making of Lexicon lit a real spark of creativity for Young and in some ways the album provides a sense of new beginnings, his first release on the independent label Cooking Vinyl has given Young a sense of liberation and freedom; ‘Lexicon‘ was created partly by reuniting with the team behind his 2011 album ‘Echoes’, including producers and songwriters Richard X, Jim Eliot and Mima Stilwell, and also by teaming up with the likes of Eg White (Adele, Florence + The Machine), amazing new talent Boy Matthews (ZAYN, Duke Dumont), Danny Shah (David Guetta, Kylie Minogue) and Tom Walker.

The first preview of the album is ‘All The Songs’, a dance-infused bop composed by Jim Elliot, Mima Stilwell and the singer and produced by Richard X.
In the video directed by famed fashion photographer Rankin, Will is seen in a number of costumes, from sailor to biker to cowboy. The slick heartbreak meets dancefloor track sees the former Pop Idol winner owning his sex appeal as he strips off in a number of scenes.
