According to a report by Showbiz411, Justin Timberlake is preparing what sources describe as one of his most ambitious projects to date: a new studio album and an accompanying world tour, both reportedly operating under the title ‘The Next Move’. The tour is said to be eyeing a March 2027 launch. Neither Timberlake nor his representatives have confirmed the plans.
If the report proves accurate, the new album would follow ‘Everything I Thought It Was’ (2024), which had a modest commercial run but was supported by the ‘Forget Tomorrow World Tour’ — a significantly more successful outing that sold over one million tickets before being extended. The new project would also mark Timberlake’s return to full-scale activity following his Lyme disease diagnosis in 2025, which he said caused significant pain and fatigue during live performances and left his future onstage uncertain.
Signs of a comeback have been building in recent months. Timberlake made a surprise live appearance in Miami alongside Don Toliver in August 2026, his most visible public performance since stepping back. The report does not specify whether longtime collaborator Timbaland is involved in the new material.
