Karol G and Bruno Mars have released the official music video for ‘Still‘, the collaboration featured on ‘No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto‘.
The video was shot in black and white during Karol G’s ‘Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour‘ concert at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Los Angeles, on 15th August. Before the performance, the stadium’s screens displayed a message from the artist: “This next song we’ve never performed live, and tonight you’re not only going to hear it for the first time — we’re going to film the music video right here with all of you.” The clip shows the pair backstage, in the stands and riding a golf cart through the stadium’s corridors, before the footage switches to colour as they launch into the song in front of the crowd.
The track, produced by D’Mile and inspired by a break-up — «I’d still love you / Even with a broken heart» — leans into dream-pop and romantic balladry. Despite the star power behind the collaboration, ‘Still‘ has failed to make the commercial impact many anticipated and currently sits outside Spotify’s top 200. In a twist of irony, the album’s biggest hit has turned out to be ‘BbY WOW‘, the collaboration with Spanish artists Judeline and rusowsky, which has spent several days at number one on Spotify’s Global Top 50.
